You were starting it with parts cleaner and brake cleaner????
Are the injectors bleeding fuel?

yes, only way it would start is 1 shot of parts and brake cleaner into intake would start immediately , ran great after that, thanks

It didn’t run great or you wouldn’t be here. You pulled the head again and said “same problem”. Blown head gasket again?

you're not getting fuel. have you checked you fuel stop solenoid? have you used the lift pump to prime the injection pump? it can take some time to get these primed. if it runs with other fuel sources ( aka break cleaner ) then your not getting fuel.

Whatcha NEED TO DO is take an injector out of the head and hook the line back to it.. now crank the engine and SEE if it’s opening the injector.

Do you have electronic fuel control? If so check the electronics are working properly. I once ran into a no fire condition on a JD6910 and it mimiced no fuel perfectly ,fooling the mechanic. The real problem was the electronic fuel control had a partial failure and was not lettting fuel through even though fuel was primed and at the injectors. NZ$9200 was spent overhauling the fuel injection pump. A waste of time, and we still had to buy a replacement ecu. grrrrrr

If u have fuel up to the pump inlet AND your solenoid is working properly..
Yes, time to pull the pump.
