JD4300 and 2" wheel spacers on rear wheels.....

Would like some input on installing 2 inch wheel spacers on my 02 JD4300. Problems? Design ok for it?? Thanks!

Yes the tractor is designed and can handle 2" spacers.

Before you add spacers, you might get the width you need by reversing the rear tires.
I gained about 2-2.5 inches (per side) by reversing the rims on my 4400 (same tractor as your except for the engine). This was with turf tires, BTW.
In my case, I need more clearance for snow chains...

That's what the manual says. I don't like the valve stems for the rear facing inward since I check the tire pressure every few days. Non Turf tires 19.5 rims. Also did the 1st 10 hr flush this weekend with the Hydro fluid. came out clean. 10 more hours and it's going to be gone through again. It drives and works a lot smoother. Not having issues lifting or lowering loader or 3pt hitch. Filter screen had some shavings on it but from what I can gather this is normal...
