Starts and runs good for about 30 mins, then dies, won't start. If it sits for a couple hours or more, same thing, starts and runds good for 30 mins then dies. Already cleaned carb, have Stabilizer in the gas. Any ideas?

No experience with Kawasakis, but try opening the gas cap to vent tank.
Maybe the ignition coil is getting hot and failing. Try cooling it with compressed air or a fan to see if it will start sooner.
Same with carb. or fuel pump that has a vapor lock.
Might call the dealer to see if there are any known issues with this particular engine.
