It turns out that Mills Fleet Farm had some store brand stuff at $2.95 a can that matched very well. (the Yellow - I didn't try the Green).
Ended up using it on my wheel-weight project.
I think the mower and blade are going to be put off until I can spend the time to properly strip them down, prep, mask, and spray with a real spayer and real paint.
