So most of you all know that the FRIGGIN' PLASTIC bumpers JD puts on lawn tractors is about as lame of a bumper as they get. After breaking several bumpers on my 20 year old Lx277, I finally went ahead and made a custom one that has worked out great. I made it such that the hood can be opened without removing it. This past weekend, I welded some additional steel on to it so I could put my 'portable' ATV sprayer on it. Check it out
