does anyone know how to get tech help directly from jd

when i fill out the contact webpage it goes nowhere

sthe optional cruise controll features seem to have stopped working on my 4310

and the motion match dosnt seem to work properly

The first thing to check if you don't have any codes flashing, is the brake switch. It works off the right hand brake pedal under the right cowl panel. Make sure the switch is fully depressed when pedal is up. Also be sure that the pedal and/or linkage is not sticking which will not let the switch work correctly.

the cruise controll works but it will no longer increment or decrement with cruise controll but those functions work with speed match and speed match will only engage when the motion match is set to short but once engaged motion match can be set to long and speed match will continue to work, are you confused yet? and when i hit resume the speed remains fixed at what it was when i hit resume, so resume acts just as though i hit set.

Save yourself some time and just call your dealer. If you get a response from JD, that's what they will tell you anyway.
