JD D140 part ID please

Hello, I have a circa 2013 D140. A part fell off, it's kinda bent, looks like I should replace it. Pic hopefully attached, the fallen part is leaning on the right front tire. It should be under the bumper, it guards that rusty silver piece.

What's the name of this presumably broken piece? Should I stop operating the mower til I get it fixed?

Looks like heat shield for the muffler. I believe it goes in front and under the muffler.
