Yep he is in his first year of the program. We have one other kid who started going through the JD parts program then I believe it got cut. How do you like the JD program? I would like to get some of the JD training software so I can be better at using the main program for ringing up customers. On the 990 you can only get a mid PTO field installed even though JD says you can't get a mid PTO. My dealer did not know this and I figured it out by using the JD parts catalog. I like the rear mount deck because it is easy to take off and to clean the bottom of the mower deck. Also I needed a larger deck and more powerful tractor than the 60'' on the 4300. I don't mind looking behind. It just not as good for trimming as the mid mount.
