JD 90 Boom Flail

The flail mower I purchased a few weeks ago is up and running. After hydraulic oil and filters change and a few things that needed tinkering, it runs great. Now if next spring would show up....

# 17 IS A SW-900, the one behind it is a SW-1200. 17 is an ex- Canadian Pacific unit, the SW-1200 is ex- Central Vermont.

Yes, it is... my boss is very good at letting me use the engine house for working on my equipment. Hopefully next spring we will build our new home on the 10 acres we just purchased, and finally get a pole building built. Nothing like having everything inside at home.

I am in the same boat. I am building a new house also in spring on some land I got last year. I am about 100 ft from the RRtracks, and I cant wate to sit on the deck, with a beer in my hand, watching the trains go by./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif Yes, I am one of those strange people who LOVE trains.

You are correct, that is a concrete pump truck.

I know what you mean, I enjoy watching trains too. We looked at some property near the tracks, but decided on another piece of land. I really enjoy my job, but there are days I need to get away from it when the day is done. It helps keep a balance between work and the rest of life.
