Mowing JD 670 belly mower parts

Just bought a JD 670 with 60" belly mower. Got it mounted and surprised how well it works, Keep throwing belt. Belt is quite worn. I noticed spindles getting real hot and I think it would be a good idea to rebuild the deck before putting on a new belt. On the JD site they have listed 3 decks for the 670. A (10-72) (20-172) and (30-272) I cannot find any Model #'s on the deck but serial # is M02733X595466. Got any ideas for me?

2733 is the model, it's a 1989 60" deck
