JD 650 help locating parts

I have a John Deere 650 compact utility with a front PTO, looking for an armature CH16068 for mine or a used electronic PTO clutch LVA801788, several parts are no longer available and not getting anywhere with the junk yards, are their any after market or surplus parts stores that deal only with JD that I don't know about? I recently had a bearing replaced on my front PTO pulley and the armature (no longer available) had two out of four broken springs but after getting it back together the mower is always engaged even when PTO switch is turned off and wires disconnected clutch stays engaged.
