Jd 6420 transmission overheating

Transmission overheats after operating a 926 disc mower or 348 baler for 2 to 3 hours. I've checked the obvious. Changed. Oil filters cleaned screen. Cleaned radiator. I've noticed the on my two scv controls that the have been set on rabbit. Temp with heat gun on transmission case gets to 230 degrees. Could the setting on the scv controls effect the transmission overheating? Thanks

On a closed center hydraulic system, the pump will run all the time if there is an internal leak causing it to overheat.
