JD 6210 Clutch Problem

Does this tractor have a hydraulic clutch? I think JD calls it a Perma-clutch.

If so, the clutch pedal operates a hydraulic valve for the clutch engagement/disengagement.

6210 doesn't have a Perma-clutch similar to the larger Rowcrop tractors such as my 4255. 6210 has a dry damper clutch with a hyd valve that controls shuttle clutches.

A quick update. I installed a new cable and that solved the problem. Turns out the cable worked fine when unhooked but under pressure it was binding.
