Welcome to TBN - LynchWood (er.. 1 post in goin' on 2 years).

Have a chance to give it a test run? Steering good? Tie rod slop?

The 9x3 tranny is a good one. Very reliable. The 3cyl. 179 C.I. engine is also a bullet-proof engine.

Collar shift or synchro? See how she shifts (no gear complaints if it's a synchro) and if it jumps outta gear, etc.

Loader straight? Pins loose or still pretty tight?

PTO work OK? 3pt work?

4,000 hours can be about right for a clutch replacement - check to see how much adjustment is left - or if it's already been replaced.

Not a bad price.. was it a golf course tractor? With those tires it probably wasn't used in a feedlot!! :D

Best of luck with your decision.

This tractor has been on a turf farm and is'nt big enough anymore, and that is why they are trading it in for a bigger tractor
