Backhoe JD 485 Backhoe

I just saw an add for an auction and they will be selling a JD 485 back hoe "like new". I have a JD 4310. Will this fit my tractor? Also, I don't have the rear hydraulic connections. Can the rear hydraulic valves be added and is it costly to do so?

Finally, what is a reasonable price for the back hoe attachment?

The 485 is a new design of the 448 backhoe, and was introduced for compatibility with cab tractors. I am not sure if the subframe for it is available to fit the 4310 or not-probably best to ask your dealer.\

Rear hydraulics, AKA PowerBeyond will cost about $250-$300 for the kit to add to your tractor.

The cost new is about $7500 IIRC, but that includes the tractor specific subframe. You will need to find out what machine this came off of, and what a subframe will cost for yours...
