JD 445 Tractor Won\'t Start
I'm with a local little league and we have a JD 445 tractor with a 60" mower deck that will not start. The other day, when driving it to the field to mow, it just died. It turns over great, we ahve spark and fuel. Fuel pump works fine but the left cylinder seems to be flooding. We pulled the sparks plugs, put in new but everytime we try and start it the left cylinder does the same, it floods. If we pull the left plug out, disable the fuel pump and blow out all of the gas in the left cylinder and then repalce that plug, we can get the motor to fire but it wont start. When we pull that same left plug, we blow gas out of the cylinder, but the right one is just fine. This seems like a serious failure, any suggestions? The tractor is about 10yrs old and is a fuel injected throttle body 22hp motor.
