JD 4110 Seat

Getting old I guess, but has anyone swapped out the seat on their 4110 for something more comfortable?

I haven't, but I can totally vouch for the MUCH better comfort of the seat on my new 1025 vs. the one on my 4010, which is probably like yours.

I tried to put an X-Series seat on mine...didn't work as the new seat was just to tall to fit. I am experimenting with two small air bags now, but its not a bolt-on installation.

KennyD, Did you every have any luck? If I can't find a fairly easy to install suspension replacement seat for my 4115 I may have to give up driving the tractor due to neck surgeries. Thanks, Tom

I have not pursued it TR, other than to buy the airbags. It's on the ever-growing list....
