JD 40 bale kicker

We bought a JD347 baler with kicker and can't get the kicker to work. We have replaced the hydr fluid ( low vis) just in case, new kit in the control valve but felt the pump was not working properly so replaced that too. Still, it won't kick the bale. Binding somewhere? Any suggestions as to what to try?

Try calling your local Deere dealer and see if they have someone qualified to troubleshoot the problem.
