If you bought the 4 in 1 from Deere, contact your dealer. If you bought it aftermarket, contact the manufacturer.
Odds are they're 1/8 NPT fittings. Seems like most are, but that's not necessarily the case.
You can buy zerks at many hardware stores or from McMaster-Carr (online). Always a good idea to have some spares around.
BTW, did they come out or did they shear off?

Pretty sure they are 1/8" NPT...if they haven't been sheared off your in luck...you can find them at any hardware or auto parts store. Use a little medium strength Loctite when you reinstall them.
Thanks. I just hope the threads are still OK. They seem to still be there (and nothing is broken off in the hole) but I guess I'll find out when I get some new ones and put them in. No idea what happened to them... just went to grease them and I had mud filled holes instead of zerks.
