JD 336 Knotter & Needle assy

I was horsing my JD 336 through a heavy wind row and it blew both needles, and one knotter frame into oblivion and twisted the needle frame. I have located a scrapped 24t. Are all of these components interchangeable from the 24t onto the 336??

I do not believe the needles will work, but there is a good chance you can sell them when the time is right. The 24T knotter frames may be 1 piece instead of the 2 piece deals on your machine. But since the geometry is all the same, the wiper, billhook, and twine disk parts ought to walk right in. In my case, the 336 parts went right into my 14T. !4T and 24T are also the same knotter frame. Needles are slightly different.
