JD 318 ATTACHMENT

Greetings,

My 1986 318 still runs like new. I now have a problem however, with the front lifting off the ground after I came up with a way of lifting a 36" original YORK york rake using the 3 point hitch frame as the "lifter".

Has anyone heard of, or designed a 318 attachment for hanging weights in the front?

Isn't a 318 just about the same as an f-900 series running backwards ? If so, My 935 has a rear weight package that bolts on the rear frame (your front), Several increments of iron weight. Have seen them on ebay from scrap yards.

You need to hunt for a front weight bracket. eBay has some.

Thank you. Very helpful. I found one with which I think I'll be happy. Will probably order the green colored CTCLLC Combination Grill Guard with a Weight Bar. ($185 Shipped)
