JD 3020 loader addition help

I am just starting the process but need some directions as some of the local info does not seem to make sense.

I have a 3020 jd diesel that has one hydraulic set in the rear and no other connections. I mounted a westendorf loader on the tractor and would like to operate the tractor by joystick and keep the hydraulics live in the rear. what do I need to accomplish this (powerbeyond, etc?) and where can I order the parts?

Any info that you can direct me to would be GREAT! Thanks!

Your tractor appears to have a closed center hyd system. So in order to add a FEL valve, you will parallel the FEL valve with the other valve . Otherwise tee off the pump line to the first valve, using a closed center valve like this. This is a joystick valve that you will adapt to a CC valve using a Closed center plug.

Power beyond has no function in a Closed center hyd system, as pressure will be at the valve all the time.

Here is the valve I would recommend. Closed center plug is on the right side of page. Your pump is 18 GPM, or 23 with 4WD, and this valve will handle 25 GPM's. This valve is set at 2000 psi, and you may have to set the relief above your pump pressure of 2100 psi, or use a no-relief PRV valve.

The return /tank hose will go to tank or can tee into the other return hose.
