Grab a cup of coffee or a glass of milk... Ready for some donuts?!?!?

Not complete without a picture of the donut press...

Note the oil can spout, mounted to the press with a hose to remote oil can... Drill no steel without lube.

Got the muffler assembled. Here is the inner section.

Got that inside and tacked in place.

Got all seams welded up.

Wow, I like the fabrication and thinking process. You should consider bigger projects and mods.

Excellent. Humbles me. Wish Greg was my neighbor.

Thanks... if the customer base was there, with really deep pockets, and I had a nicely set up huge shop, I would love to have a custom fab/truck & equipment repair shop. But around here, most people do as I do, build what they can for as few dollars possible in whatever barn/shed/garage they have...

Same here Greg. There's one successful welding shop in our county. That's where people go as a last resort for a repair or fabrication.

Few minutes here, few minutes there... Got a bracket to mount the exit end of the muffler cut out and welded on... Only tacked in the picture. Uses existing hole in the front frame.

Nice work Greg, I'm eagerly waiting for the day you "shoehorn" one of your 7.3 PSD's in your tractor:laughing:

LOL... Rusty, I will buy a bigger tractor before I can pull that off. However, 'shoehorning' a GM 6.2L into a 1988 S10 truck I have stashed in a rental property garage is likely.

Made the last mounting tab/bracket, and tacked it in place. Welded in the bracket and muffler. That much is done-ish. Want to smooth up seams/welds, paint with heat resistant paint, but its on there for now.
