JD 2520 Resale value

I'm looking into selling my John Deere 2520 tractor with front loader, back hoe and forks to buy a compact excavator such as a JD 27 D. My question is how do I find my resale value? The 2520 only has 25 hours on it and I bought it november of 2007. It has been garage kept and in excellent condition. I was thinking of selling it myself rather than trading it in to the dealer. I thought I might make out better. Any information would be a great help. There seems to be endless sites to obtain a used car resale value but no tractor site I can find.

The dealer has a used value guide. Check with them. When I bought the 4110 they looked up my 455 plus the attachments.

Hopefully you can find a buyer willing to pay what it is worth. I know when I sold my 4115 set up like your 2520 a couple years ago there were lots of people who wanted to "do me a favor" by taking it off my hands for a price below its actual value. The double edge sword of things with high resale value is it truly is "cheaper" for some to just go ahead and buy new. I ended up selling mine for a bit less than I was told it was worth by the dealer but I was happy and so was the guy who paid cash for it.
