I received this (see below) from a friend of mine this morning. I don't know anything about this tractor but hoping the brain trust on TBN can help. Any info appreciated.

"There is an auction coming up and this John Deere is for sale. Have any info resources that I can use to get some information on this model?

Model JD2350 4x4 w/canopy"

Hate to bump my own thread but still hoping the brain trust here can help.

He received a little more details
It's a 1987 with 4200 hours.
4wd
Roof canopy.

Supposed to be in very clean condition.

Anyone have any thoughts in general about this tractor or have any idea as to an approximate value?

From a quick look on machinefinder.com it seems that a mid to late 80's 2350 would go for 10K to 14K. You can get a better idea of what you're looking at if you go to machinefinder.com.
