The L48 has that same crepper ability. I had a nice little stick all rigged up and could easily depress forward or backwards on the hydro pedal with it. :D

I no longer have the L48, but plenty of sticks, brownish, about 48" long, 3/4" thick, smoothish bark, squared off ends, you know, your typical cane type deal without the little curve at the end.

The L48 has that same crepper ability. I had a nice little stick all rigged up and could easily depress forward or backwards on the hydro pedal with it.

As I recall it, using the stick also requires a safety to be held in or out, or maybe that was on the L39.

This may or may not make a difference to you, but if you ever had any kind of accident and an opposing attorney found out that you had both disabled a safety and then were diddling the throttle with a cane to move the machine he would make this sound like you had been consorting with satan himself.

And, the accident would not need to be in any way related to the home-made creeper.
