3-Point Hitch jd 1050/75 loader, 3 pt hitch problem

I just installed a jd 75 loader,all connections are correct according to Woods equipment and Surplus center,now my 3 point hitch will not raise what am i doing wrong? Any ideas or suggestions? Please help.
