JCB 175 Eco hydraulics disabled

Our 415 hour skid steer will shut down the properly functioning hydraulics for the bucket shortly after operation begins. Cycling the key restores operation momentarily and eliminates the yellow exclamation point warning. Fluid level is ok. Service call has been placed. Hydraulic pressure gauge indicates 1/3 approximately when engine running. I've never worked on one of these machines before any previous operators could not tell me if the pressure is lower than when hydraulics were working properly. They said this issue had been intermittent until recently. Thanks for your help.
