I have a long 445 4x4. not sure of model yr. power steering fluid ran into oil pan and lost most oil pressure. had to drive home. now after changing oil with rotella heavy duty diesel oil and new filter have 50 psi oil pressure but lifters really ticking .can anything be done to help. I believe it is lifters and not a rod not 100 % sure uzania d 115 3 cylinder diesel . any ideas ??? Thanks

is any one familiar with the uzania 3 cylinder diesel engine in the long 445 tractors. I believe that it is a fiat engine. my oil pressure ran low while I was working a way from home. the power steering fluid ran into oil pan.(not sure how) but the man I got it from told me to watch for that. any now the lifters or maybe rockers are tapping really bad . when I changed the oil their were quite a bit of aluminum shavings in drain plug about the size of a match head to slightly larger . they were thinner than a sheet of paper. I've never worked on one of these engines. don't know if the valves are adjustable also do the heads have to be removed to replace lifters and push rods. i'm still running it some trying to keep rpms down as low as I can. feel like it is just a matter of time before a rod goes through a lifter. any one with advice please help. thank you
