Have others have problems of blades leaving two strips aprox 1 inch in the middle of the cut. I have tried changing the blades ect. mower has only 12 hrs on it, any ideas?

There is a possibility that the wrong blades were installed. I would take them off and check the numbers.

Have you mowed any really damp or wet grass? Those decks love to cake up with grass underneath. It doesn't take much to leave a stripe.
As the guy above said, make sure you have the right length blades and they are installed right side up.

Level the blades. But check the tire pressure first. That solved this problem for me. There should be instructions in your owners manual for blade leveling.
