Greentop! If they don't have it, you don't need it!

I know where that is. I've used the Harley guy up the street a couple times.

I need to stop in down there and check them out...

Thanks for the good word!

Re: I've gotta kill that @#$% Fox!!!

I have a DEN at the far back corner of my property. sure makes woodchuck disposal quick and easy... :D SO they are not ALL bad. last spring the KITS were out running & playing and having a good ole time with the dead woodchuck I dropped off to them ;)

The Chip monk problem has all but gone away, but so have the wild turkey that used to be a lot of them around. The rabbits also love to eat more of our garden in the past. not so much last 2 years ;) We dont have any chickens to worry about though.

Last year we had a small highly maneuverable hawk of some type on the property, it is back this year and has a next in the creek bed trees. The Red tails also are back on the other side of the property. Hoot owls out in the evenings really makes some noise and all & all I'm OK with all of the critters on the property I pay taxes on.

I need to do more looking for the type of hawk it is but about the size of a young crow maybe a bit smaller. VERY cool watching it fly through the trees along the creek bottom. It appears to be very curious about me working down there & flys along following me looking for chip monks that I scare away as I'm walking/working. even carrying a gun it perches up and keeps an eye right on me. have not seen any pairs just a single...

Look like this?
Hawks can be really hard to identify. The have different stages of maturity and change with the seasons.

Sharp-shinned Hawk - South Dakota Birds

These are more common, I see fairly frequently here. They are proficient at catching and eating doves, really make short work of it too.

James,

I NEED to see your canopy. Mine is steel frame and plastic.

I always use 2wd. I only use 4wd when a wheel slips... it feels a bit like a tank (I used to have a tracked vehicle lic in the Army for M113 and M557 APC's.so it is not exactly like a tank :D ).

Best I can do right now David, it looks just like the one on the red tractor, of course it is orange:)
