Iseki TS1610 Indicator Lights.

I purchased an Iseki TS1610. The tractor seems to be in great condition and has lots of power. Unfortunately (for me anyway) the labels are all in Japanese. Can anyone tell me what the three red indicator lights on the dash are? Has anyone had experience adding guages for oil pressure, temp, etc. to one of these tractors?
