Iseki TE3210 Bolens G214 Steering Part needed

I am hoping someone can direct me here. I have a Bolens G214 (ISEKI TE3210) and am in need of a part. The manual calls the part the king pin however I am not sure I am reading it right. While sitting on the tractor there is a piece of cast steel that has a connecting arm, axle cover and a mounting plate. This part covers the top of the 4x4 axle, connects to the steering control arm from the tractor and bolts to the left wheel hup assembly.

I can not find one anywhere. I had it welded previous and the repair held for maybe one month. Can someone direct me to a used parts lot or a dealer that can get me a new one?
