iseki 1910 coolant

How do I drain the coolant from the radiator? I cant seem to find the drain valve. I was planning on putting in some red ELC (probably rotella) like I use in my powerstroke. I know I need to flush out all the green junk that is in there now.. NEVER mix coolant types!!!

I found the coolant drain. there is a plastic valve on the left side near the bottom. Was not sure if that was the coolant drain till I opened it up and green junk came out. Flushed it this weekend and put in some ELC.
