Same here. Can't stand it since i was a child.
I also can stand spinach, even it is very healthy according to this article https://betterme.world/articles/whаt-foods-help-you-get-thick/ and could help me to get thicker. I would say that i am a picky eater, but if i don't like something from the first look, there is very little chance that i will eat it ever.

Actually fried beef/pork heart is pretty good. Mom used to fry it and make gravy.

Mom always made stuffed beef heart when we slaughtered . . . damn it was good.

Grind it up, add some suet, onions, oatmeal, mace and cook it in your choice of stomach or intestine.
