Sound reasoning… when I bought I didn’t know enough to ask the right questions but I got lucky…
Expansive lawns are almost extinct and lawn in general is discouraged by code and the cost of water… $500 a month for water/sewer not unusual for 6-8 months in the dry season in my part of California.
Growing up every home had beautiful expansive lawns… Saturday was yard day with neighbors always checking out the new mower on the block…
