iPhone App For Tracking Maintenance

Can anyone recommend a good iPhone App to track maintenance on Tractors, vehicles, ATV's, implements etc.. As I accumulate more stuff I find that I am loosing track of when I did what to what piece of equipment. I do all my own maintenance and repairs but would like to keep track of it as a history and when things are due..

If not an app, how do most of you keep up with it??

I recently started keeping a legal pad for each of my vehicles. I reserved the first few pages for oil changes, then the rest for repairs and/or notes. This is a new work-in-progress and I'm sure I will modify as I go. If you have MS Office, there used to be a program called Access that was for databasing... seemed it work well for this, but I never tried. (I'm not sure if it is still included with office) An Excel workbook would also work.

Maybe buy an older cheap laptop to keep in the garage/shop instead of putting it on your phone, which will be constantly changing and a higher risk of losing it. Also keep multiple copies such as on a thumb drive or something.

I have a blank spreadsheet I print out for each tractor, vehicle, etc. Left side lists service items such as oil change, coolant, battery, hydraulic fluid, etc. Top is for hours, mileage, etc. I put the date of each service in the corresponding block. Each tractor/vehicle has its own folder that holds this sheet, owner's manual, repair bills, etc.
