OK,
All you high tech funnel fanatics out there try this. It really works!
In about 1 gallon of top notch diesel fuel pour in 1/8 cup limestone, 1/5 cup of salt, rock salt is best, some sugar, 2 Black Cat firecrackers, a handfull of 10-10-10 fertilizer and a dash oregano. Swish it all around for 2 minutes and then feed it through Mr. Funnel direclty into your tractor. You can drive with total confidence knowing that Mr. Funnel filtered out all that stuff.
ps, dont' try this with Little Funky Funnel Boy, Jr. Funnel Boy or Uncle Funnel, they are not nearly as good as Mr. Funnel!

Mike

I am sorry to say I have to disagree type 47 in a locomotive is not the way to go. My wifes locomotive has been using type 48 for 2 years now and has run perfect and the injectors are as clean as the day we bought it. How do I know this well the last time I tore them down to check I compared them to the injectors on my new locomotive.

It is obvious to me that you have no concept of the depth and width of knowledge that is available on TBN about all subjects, but most particularly the specific subject of Diesel fuel. It is fine with me if you wish to go on with your life as an uneducated Floridian who has no desire to learn the finer facts of the life of diesel fuel. Just remember the one you love might just be harmed as a direct result of your inability to learn about the correct procedures of feeding your diesel engine. When it coughs its last breath and dies, please don't come to these forums looking for sympathy and compassion, for it will be none other than yourself that you will have to blame..... /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I have found that if I put the nozzle into the fill of my bulk oil tank and then start recirculating the diesel fuel within the oil tank it super-oxygenates the diesel. I continue this process for roughly 15 minutes before fueling my tractor.

HP is increased by 25% and fuel efficiency by 95%. It changes the molecular structure of the diesel.

I'm getting ready to start experimenting with diesel and Kryptonite next.

Sadly, The Junkman is correct. When your luck runs out, don't use up valuable bandwidth begging for help.
I'm going to be honest now. I don't even think some of you guys own a Mr. Funnel. Mine came with a coupon in my Chia Pet Master Suite. bw
ps. Look for Mr. Funnel Chia next Christmas.

Yeah, if the depth gets any greater, I'll never be able to get out of this pile! /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif John

NO! the worst thing you can do to a guy from Florida is make him move to Vermont for the winter, which lasts all year. But enough of this policy of personal destruction, let us return to the business of diesel knowledge dispersion!
