Hi all -

I've appreciated the info I've read on the forum for the last ~ 7 years, as I've learned more about taking care of the house and property my wife and I own in western MA.

Just bit the the bullet and upgraded from a Cub Cadet LTX 1046VT that I've spent tons of time repairing and working on, to a Toro MX5050 zero turn. My neighbor keeps his old Ford 8N and brush hog at our property, too, so I'm sure I'll be posting about that down the line.

I'm regularly mowing ~ 2 acres. We have about 5 acres, mostly grass / fields. I usually cut the fields once a year, after a few hard frosts, to keep the tress and brush from getting a good hold.
