I believe that it is a Tecumseh's part number: 610748. If so you might be able to find the part by calling them directly, here is the number for their Factory Service Location: 1-800-558-5402

This is not a cheap part so you might want to run a resistance check to make sure it is bad. I have read that the resistance for a good stator should be around 450 ohms. If it is below 400 ohms then it is bad.
