Just got this tractor bachoe arm works when knob on right side is down y.doesn't it work when the other hydraulics on the arm work.I pull up on the knob the out.riggers and the tilt and bucket work but no left and right of the boom arm.I push down on the knob and the arm will swing left to right is.there.a.line.backwards on this or is the valve.gunked up.and can anyone scan and email me.a.manual on this tractor.please
