Buying Advice International 770 disk harrow

I have 30 acres of open fields that haven't been plowed in 30 years. I cut more brush and saplings than grass. It needs turning to kill this stuff off. I am looking at an International 770 12ft. harrow. It looks to be in good shape, except it doesn't have any scrapers. Should this be a deal breaker. Any advice from knowledgeable people on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

bushhog, spray with round up, let it die then bottom plow. wait 2 weeks and disc in crisscross patterns
