Instructions For Users Who Can\'t Login
This post is for those who have been affected by the server problem documented in this thread.
Even if you recreated your user account on July 2nd or 3rd, you must follow the instructions below! /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
If your user account was lost, here is what you should do now:
1) Create a new user account using the SAME username as you previously had. To create a new account, visit: http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/newuser.php
If you want your old user title and/or post count back:
2) AFTER you have re-registered, post a REPLY to this very message including the following information:
- Your old user title level
- Your old post count (if you remember this)
If you were a New Member, it is not necessary to request a new title. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
We will restore your title and post count as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, your old posts will not be linked to your new account.
I want to sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. In over five years of operation, we have only had two or three database errors that resulted in lost posts or user accounts.
