Installing windshield wiper on 4100

Hi, I need to know where to get the power for the windshield wiper. There is an accessories fuse in the fuse box, but I do not know where to get the power in order to use the accesories fuse. This is a 4100 tracter. Or if anyone has a better idea on how to access the power for the wiper, I would like to know. Thanks in advance!
