My new 3215 G is ready to rip with the addition of a new tooth bar from Markham Welding in North Carolina. It's 60" with 7 teeth. The first bar came 3 weeks ago, but 3 of the teeth were welded on slightly crooked. I wanted it cosmetically perfect, so I sent it back. They built another one and it looks much better. It came black, so I took it to my local body shop and they painted it New Mahindra Red. Now it looks beautiful!

It was easy to install; just drill 1/2" hole in each side of the bucket. I welded on the 3/8" thick doubler plates, and bolted the unit on. Really turns the FEL bucket into a great tool. But as usual my dilemma is: I have it SO clean, waxed and nice looking, I hesitate to go out and use it for fear of getting it dirty! What's wrong with me??......

I think we went thru this before. I think you should buy a backhoe, have it installed with frame mount, have the whole tractor/FEL/BH totally repainted polished etc, and then never bring it out of the garage. Then you might be happy. Here's the deal: Bring that sucka' to me and I'll give it back in a couple of days.......you do the math (lol). BobG in VA

...Maine Polack I think you need a new bucket!

You guys are teasing me - - - truth is, someone told me long ago "a clean tractor is a happy tractor".

The toothbar color should match the rest of the FEL, so it will look beautiful. Even the actual teeth are painted red. From scooping rocks & gravel, there is already 1 small scratch in the paint on tooth #5 :( But I have a small bottle of touch-up paint for that!

After each use I clean and polish the whole tractor, and it's parked in a nice heated garage so I can work on it late @ night. The wife says maybe I should go out there and sleep next to it........

Naw, this is a bucket I had before I purchased the 6500. I modified the hook-up to Quick Attach, so as to use it with the the M. It is 5', and I like it for digging. Last spring I cut out the middle of the top:confused: . then I rotated it and reattached it as shown. See...painted it and no scratches:p Allows me to get a little further under tree roots when I need to. It also allows picking up large things, (as seen in my first attachment), that normally I would not be able to with this small bucket.

Yeah, When I was a kid, the nuns used to teach us this about our minds...I think I failed that part of the instruction:(

Wow! What happens if your wife gets scratched?

Did you ever consider that your ladder is missing a few rungs? Well...I wouldn't worry about it. I know all about defective ladders, and I'm ok...I'm ok...I'm................................

All is meant in good fun. You are just too good to pass up. No intense offended!
