Did you even look at the site? There is no part number because the much vaunted re seller can't get it either.
Look at this PDF.
http://partsforlstractors.com/files/G_Series_S_Parts_Manual.pdf
Look at page 214. That's the parts diagram. You appear to be looking for item #5.
Now look on page 215. That's the parts list.
I believe you are looking for just a piece of an assembly. The piece you are looking for does not have a part number, because its part of an assembly. You have to get the entire assembly, which looks to be part # 40213521.
Go to this site and enter that part #.
40213521 STABILIZER ASSY-(RH)-G896
or
40213520 STABILIZER ASSY-(LH)-G896
Right or left hand....
It appears to be about $60.00.
It took me about 5 minutes to find that info from the info that you posted.... granted, it may be incorrect, but you probably shouldn't holler at folks that try to help you by asking obvious questions that you think they should assume you should have done.
Prime example is that when you call tech support about a computer problem and the first thing they ask you is if you tried rebooting it. Now many folks get offended by that question because to them, it seems so obvious, but the person on the helping end doesn't know if you did it or not if you haven't told them, so they're going to ask you (interrogation, if you please) obvious questions from the beginning, like if you looked at that website and found the numbers I found.....

Good luck and hope you find your part. :confused3:
