Injector Timer

I was reading a recient post.

Didnt want to hijack it, Was wondering if someone could post how to do the timing when reinstalling. (The basicas as I figure it changes from one to another)

This question is difficult to give an answer to. Every make,model,and different engine size is timed differently. There is no standard method.

Thanks, ill just wait till I have to do it so ill know what model etc. Hopeing it never has to be done LOL

Check to see if your injector pump has a timing window, if it does, then it is fairly easy. Make sure that you set the timing marks, before you remove the pump. You may have to turn the engine over ten times before they line up.
