Greetings, I have a 4016 that I purchased in 1991, Its been used and abused but still performs.. Except recently the started won't turn over by turning the key. Have to use a screw driver to jump the starter, replaced the starter and the ignition with no fix. Also is there a way to test the stator/rectifier. Its not charging the battery. Thanks for any help.. Larry
