Does any one have a supplier for an after market Rubber boot for the "joy stick" on a Mahindra loader ??

Try ebay. search for joystick boot or shifter boot. I doubt there is an aftermarket Mahindra loader boot but you might find one you could use.

Why does it need to be aftermarket? Why not just go to a Mahindra dealer and buy/order one?

Well, I do understand the concept of standing on principle and refusing to get gouged.

I once had a Mercury car that had a little plastic center cap fall off of one of the wheels. I knew I would get gouged for it, thinking it would be $10 - $15 for a 50-cent part. Nope, the Ford parts counter wanted $39 for it. I told them I'd rather my car look bad than give FoMoCo the satisfaction of bending me over, and walked out. Never did replace it.
