Kind of hard to tell from the pic about the hub but, it looks like you may have broken your kingpin. Hoye should have them

I'll suggest you try Private Messaging "1danny", he can / will be a lifesaver for a Yanmar.
I too see a Kingpin failure if I do not get off my arsh and replace the front inner wheel bearings. I foresee this happening to me. I'd bett your inner wheel bearings were shot and wore down the kingpin too failure. Dang, now I'm scared to keep cleaning up before maintenace is performed... bearings are still there but the inner bearings are wobbly as heck, the balls pop out the race and I'll be at Kingpin failure too.
EDIT: Get bearings and seals for both hubs, cheap insurance.

relooking at the picture, is the Kingpin shaft broke?
i think i see the Kingpin shaft intact with the retaining nut still in place?
if that is the case, you may only need bearings and seals...
if the parts were cleaned before taking a picture it shure would have helped. I'm getting old and going blind. everything in your picture seems to blend together. dirt everywhere.
anywho, I still need to maintain my little girl... she is a tough one !

Same thing happened to my 2000 (D** Gopher turtles) replaced the bearings with sealed bearings from NAPA so far so good never did find the dust hub cover. Good Luck hope its only the bearings.
